1. Intellectual Property Rights

The PV1 DART Radio, including its physical design, internal layout, firmware configuration, enclosure geometry, and branding, is the intellectual property of Nordic Development Industries LLC (NDI). All rights are reserved.

By purchasing or using this product, you agree that:

• You will not reproduce, replicate, or reverse-engineer any part of the PV1 DART radio for commercial use.
• You will not use this product to create, market, or sell derivative products without express written permission from NDI.
• You may not copy or redistribute any instructional materials, files, STL/STEP/PCB files, or firmware bundles included with this kit or provided separately by NDI.

Violators of these terms may be subject to legal action under applicable intellectual property and trade dress laws.

2. Permitted Use

This kit is intended for educational, prototyping, and authorized personal field use only. Commercial resale of any assembled or modified PV1 DART unit or kit components is strictly prohibited without prior licensing or distribution agreement with Nordic Development Industries LLC. 

3. Warranty and Liability

This product is sold as a DIY (do-it-yourself) builder’s kit and is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Nordic Development Industries shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the assembly, modification, use, or misuse of this kit, including but not limited to personal injury, device failure, or legal issues arising from unauthorized use or deployment.

Users are responsible for compliance with local and national communication regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure lawful operation in your area.

4. Support

NDI provides basic documentation and community-level support but cannot guarantee resolution of all build errors or technical issues resulting from user modifications. For mission-critical or commercial-grade deployments, contact NDI directly to inquire about integration partnerships or volume licensing.
